This softcover booklet measures 7.25 x 9.75″ (18.5 x 24.5 cm) and has 51 pages. It is in good/fair condition, general wear, no marks on the inside pages but a tear on the back cover and last page (no pattern info missing just reference, I put an arrow to show the tear).

Note: I sometimes have a few copies of a book, all in similar condition, so the one you receive may vary slightly from photo, e.g. layout of pricing, no sticker or different back cover.
