Men's 1960s Vintage Shirt and Reversible Vest Sewing Pattern: The top-stitched shirt with back yoke and forward shoulder seams has soft back pleats, front button closing, long set-in sleeves eased to buttoned cuffs, slits in side seams, patch pockets an collar with optional button down points. V.1 has two patch pockets with buttoned flaps. V.2 has one pocket on left side with no flap. The reversible vest with "V" neckline, has front button closing and welt pockets.
