Misses' 1980s Designer Chloé - Jacket, Skirt and Blouse Sewing Pattern: Semi-fitted, double breasted, lined jacket has shoulder pads and princess seaming. Straight, wrap skirt has a contour waistband, side front slanted pockets and narrow hem. Loose-fitting blouse has slightly extended shoulders, front and back tucks, pleated neckline ruffle and sleeves with tuck and ruffle at the lower edge. All have edge stitching. Skirt has topstitching.
