1970s Vintage Matinee Coat, Bonnet and Bootees Knitting Pattern: Raglan sleeve matinee coat with solid bodice and sleeves, trimmed in seed stitch, has arrowhead pattern skirt. Matching bonnet and bootees.
Size: To fit chest sizes 16 (18-20) inches, approx 0-3 (3 to 6 - 6 to 12) months. Coat: Length from back neck 8 3/4 (9 3/4- 11) inches. Length of sleeve seam 5 (5 1/2- 6) inches. Bonnet: Round face edge 11 3/4 (11 3/4- 12 1/2) inches. Bootees: Length of foot 3 1/2 (3 3/4- 4) inches.
Materials: Keynote 4 ply (fingering/baby weight), Coat 3 (4-4) balls, Bonnet or Bootees 1 ball. 1 pair size 3.25 mm (No 10) knitting needles or size to give tension. Stitch holders. Ribbon. 3 buttons for Coat.
Gauge: 14 sts and 18 rows to 2 inches measured over st st on size 3.25 mm needles or the size of needles to give correct tension.
