1970s Vintage Granny Square Belts Crochet Pattern: Granny afghan squares are put together to make a waist cinch or hip belt. Both are crocheted from the same directions; yarn and hook change the size.

Laced-up 4 inch wide belt is in three muted red-tones of jute and has a twisted cord. Orange, gold & green belt, in lightweight knitting worsted, is about 2 inches wide for slipping through belt loops of jeans; length is adjustable. It has a crocheted, triple tie cord.
