Misses' 1970s Vintage Blouse Sewing Pattern: Top-stitched blouse gathered to yoke has extended shoulders, front button closing and stand-up collar. V.1 and 2 have below elbow set-in sleeves. V.1 has winged sleeves gathered to buttoned sleeve bands. V.2 has hemmed sleeves. Sleeveless V.3 has elastic casing at lower edge.

V.3 sleeveless is cut and in good condition, the rest is uncut with original folds. The envelope is in good shape, light wear, note and flap is partly gone.
